Terms of AI
A product with AI in the name owes you a straight answer about where the AI actually is. This page is that answer. Nobody made us write it.

What is not AI here, which is most of it
Your numbers are not guessed by a model. Visits, bookings, revenue, the demand calendar, the booking engine funnel and the health alerts are all calculated with fixed rules over your own data. The same input always gives the same output, and it can be checked by hand.
The suggestions in the demand section are the same: they compare what your engine receives with what your website publishes, using thresholds written in the code. If it tells you that 84% of your demand is couples, it is because 1,120 of 1,341 searches asked for two people.
Where there is AI
- The blog articles and glossary entries published on reporte.ai are produced with the support of artificial intelligence tools and are under regular editorial supervision.
- The AI readiness scan reads the public pages of a domain, the way a search engine does, and scores them against a fixed checklist.
- If you connect your own assistant, the answers you get are written by that assistant, not by us.
Your data is never used to train a model
We do not train models on your data, we do not let anyone else train on it, and we do not send it to a language model provider as part of running the service.
When you connect an assistant
On Pro you can connect Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant to your own data through our MCP server. That connection is started by you, with a key that is yours and that you can revoke whenever you want.
From that moment, whatever you ask travels to the provider of the assistant you chose, and their terms and their privacy policy apply to that exchange. We can see that a request was made; we do not see your conversation.
What we measure about AI assistants
When somebody reaches your website from ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Copilot, the browser tells your site where the visit came from. That is what we count.
We never see the conversation that person had, what they asked or what the assistant answered. Nobody sees that, including us.
No decision is taken for you
Nothing in reporte.ai takes an automated decision that affects a person's rights. It does not set prices, does not accept or reject bookings and does not classify your guests.
Everything it produces is a report or a suggestion for a human to act on.
Where it can be wrong
The measurement is only as good as what your site and your engine send. If a tag stops firing, the panel shows less, and that is why it raises an alert instead of quietly showing a zero.
An article written with AI assistance can contain a mistake even after review. If you spot one, tell us and we fix it.
A suggestion is a suggestion. It is not commercial, legal or financial advice, and it does not know things that are not in your data.
AI, legal responsibility and transparency
Features such as AI traffic, FAQ opportunities, bot traffic analysis and content suggestions can help you decide what to improve, but they do not replace your own legal review, privacy notice or cookie configuration.
When an AI-related feature uses measurement data, including IP tracking or bot detection signals, it is still part of the analytics service you configured. You remain responsible for informing your visitors where the law requires it.
Under the European AI framework, reporte.ai presents these outputs as assistance, reports and recommendations. They are not autonomous decisions about guests, prices, bookings, eligibility or legal rights.
