Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of reporte.ai. They are written to be read, not to be survived.

Who you are contracting with

reporte.ai is operated by the person or company identified at the bottom of this page. Any reference to "we" means that operator, and "you" means the person or business that opens an account.

The service is aimed at businesses. If you sign up on behalf of a hotel, campsite or group, you confirm you are allowed to do so.

What the service does

reporte.ai measures the traffic of your website, the searches your booking engine receives and the bookings it confirms, and turns that into reports, alerts and suggestions.

It is a measurement tool. It does not sell rooms, does not change your prices and does not touch your booking engine.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password and your API keys safe, and for everything done with them. Tell us as soon as you suspect someone else is using your account.

One account may hold several properties, up to the limit of your plan. Sharing one account across unrelated businesses is not allowed.

Plans, prices and billing

Prices are shown on the pricing page and are exclusive of any tax that applies to your country, which is added at invoicing.

Monthly plans are billed every month. Yearly plans are billed once for twelve months at the price of ten. Extra properties beyond the plan limit are billed at the published rate per property per month.

Your plan also has a monthly event allowance. Going over it does not interrupt the service and does not delete anything: we tell you, and you move up a step when it suits you.

Free trial

The trial lasts fourteen days, uses your own data and does not ask for a card. If you do nothing when it ends, the account pauses instead of charging you.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to us. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and there is no penalty.

We do not refund periods already started, except where the law requires it or where the service failed on our side for a meaningful stretch of time.

Your data belongs to you

Everything we measure for you is yours. You can export it while your account is open, and Pro accounts can pull it through the API at any time.

If you close your account we keep your measurement data for thirty days in case you come back or need an export, and then we delete it. Invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires.

We never sell your data, never share it with other customers and never use it to build a product for someone else.

What we do not promise

We aim to keep the service up and we run backups every day, but we do not offer a guaranteed availability level.

The figures come from what your website and your booking engine actually send. If a tag stops firing or an engine changes its pages, the numbers change with it, and that is exactly why the panel raises health alerts.

The numbers are a measurement, not accounting. Do not use them to close your books.

A suggestion in the panel is a suggestion. It is not commercial, legal or financial advice.

Fair use

Do not use the service to measure sites you do not control, to send data you have no right to send, or to attack, overload or reverse engineer the platform.

We may suspend an account that puts the service or other customers at risk, and we will tell you why.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

We are not liable for lost bookings, lost profit or decisions taken on the basis of the reports.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

Changes to these terms

If we change anything meaningful we tell you by email at least thirty days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, and any dispute goes to the courts of Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional, unless a mandatory rule protecting you says otherwise.
