White label AI visibility for hotel agencies: the straight answer first
If you are here because a client asked for a panel with your logo on it, read the first section before you build a proposal around it. It is short and it is a no.
AI sessions measured across the sites we track, last 30 days.
Quick answer
reporte.ai does not offer a white labelled panel today. Checked against the platform on 4 September 2026, the account wide white labelling switch is off, which means 0 accounts are running a custom title, logo, favicon or footer. The branding fields exist in the software and they are dark, and a switched off feature is not a feature. What a hotel agency does get today is one account holding an unlimited number of client properties, 1 login, AI traffic broken down property by property, an API key that returns every property in a single call, and CSV and JSON export you can build your own report from.
Why we lead with the no
Because the alternative is worse for both of us. An agency that signs on the promise of a branded panel discovers it on the day it presents to a client, and that is a lost client and a lost account in the same meeting. We would rather lose the deal in the first paragraph of a web page.
The same principle runs through the product. On 3 September 2026 a bug of ours returned 57 out of 57 readings as not mentioned, a clean zero that looked like a finding and was a defect. It was caught because the raw answers are stored and could be re read, and the same 57 questions gave 15 visible one day later. If you are going to put a number in front of a paying client, you need to be able to open it.
What an agency actually gets today
One account, no property limit on the plan we sell agencies. That is not theory: on 4 September 2026 a single account in the platform held 87 of the 100 websites being measured, so the multi site account is exercised at that scale.
Inside it, an All websites mode that adds every client together and breaks the AI sessions down site by site, so you can see at a glance which client is moving. Per property measurement of the questions that matter in that client's destination, on 5 answer surfaces. Export to CSV and JSON. And a Bearer API key that returns AI traffic for every website in the account in 1 call, with the host of each one, which is how a monthly deck gets built without anybody logging in.
Team invitations exist too and are scoped to a list of websites, so a member of your team sees their clients and not the rest. Be aware that 0 teams are in use today, so treat it as a feature to test in your first month rather than one to promise in a proposal.
What an agency needs to defend a retainer
Not a logo. A number the client cannot argue with. That means measured rather than modelled, which is why every AI session in the panel is a session our own pixel recorded on the client site, and comparable month over month, which is why the question set and the 5 surfaces stay fixed between passes.
It also means catching the case where the tool is wrong before the client does. The pass of 3 and 4 September 2026 finished 285 of 285 measurements with 0 errors, and the reason we can say that with a straight face is that the failures are counted, not hidden.
How agencies run it today
Add each client as a website in your account and install the pixel on their site, which is the only step that needs their cooperation. Approve the question set per client, since a question about a city hotel and a question about a beach resort are different questions. Measure monthly, on the same surfaces, so the series compares. Pull the month with the API or the export, and put it inside your own report, under your own brand, because that document is yours and always was.
What you cannot do today is hand the client a login to a panel that looks like yours. When that changes we will change this page, and not before.
No. Checked on 4 September 2026, the account wide white labelling switch is off, so 0 accounts run a custom title, logo, favicon or footer. We would rather lose the deal than sell a screen you cannot show your client.

Not as a branded panel today, for the reason above, with 0 accounts running one. What you can rebrand is the deliverable you build from the export and the API, because that report is yours.
Because they can be audited. On 3 September 2026 a bug of ours returned 57 out of 57 readings as not mentioned, and the fix showed 15 visible with the same questions 1 day later. The stored answer text is what makes that catchable.
No. It plans and drafts, and 0 pages are ever published by us. You review, edit and publish, which is also what keeps the client relationship yours.
